Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have competitive prices. Our prices are based on the amount of labor and difficulty a project takes to complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We will ask you a few questions about the property type and ownership. We will answer any questions you have prior to the appointment, but most questions are answered on-site when we can clearly see the issue!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have been in the industry for several years. This is a family-owned and operated business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our knowledge has been passed down from our previous generation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with a variety of customers. From residential to commercial projects, we offer a variety of services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently did a crawlspace. It's typical when we get called out for crawlspaces, there is usually mold and high moisture readings. One project we have recently worked on was in Newnan, GA where we removed flooring, subfloor/plywood, a few joists and added our waterproofing/French drain, encapsulation, new piers for stability, and a dehumidifier. We also did the new plywood install. It's nice to see the difference our work can do and how it lifts a stress off of our customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Everyone must do their due diligence. Referrals are a must when you have it narrowed down to 2-3 companies. Pictures give a clear view of the work to be performed. License and insurance are always a good idea to ask for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A budget is always a good idea to think about, but also keep in mind not everyone is licensed. Pictures of the issue can always help, especially if you have pinpointed the initial problem area.
