What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As fellow homeowners, we hate haggling. We treat you the way we want to be treated - an upfront price with no "sign today" discounts. We offer senior, veterans, and seasonal discounts - ask your Foundation Repair Professional what we can do to help you get the best repair at the best price. Any service that is backed by a warranty also has our Money Back Guarantee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are professional but flexible. We typically come out with an inspection 1-3 days after you contact us. We'd love to discuss the project with you in as much detail as possible while we meet, but there are no structured presentations that bore you for hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Jim founded the company in 1999 and since then we've repaired over 20,000 homes in Georgia. We work with multiple Structural Engineers to provide oversight and advice to our foundation projects. All products we use for structural repairs are engineer rated, tested, and approved for that specific application.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started on a journey to find and provide the best materials, equipment, and workmanship because we are homeowners just like you who had the same problems 25 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are proudest of our mold removal projects because they have an immediate, positive impact on people's lives and health.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of "cookie cutter" companies that only do a one-size-fits-all repair. Crawlspaces and More "right sizes" every project by customizing solutions to fit your needs and budget. We also have an expansive arsenal of solutions including exterior repairs and mold cleanup the removes, not just kills, fungal growth. Make sure your contractor is licensed and insured - we're happy to provide copies of our paperwork.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Thoroughly discuss your needs and don't be pushed into a "buy now" offer, or a solution that isn't exactly what you wanted. Get 3 quotes before making a decision. If it's a basement project, ask about who is removing and replacing drywall. Most projects require power - ask how that is being provided.
