What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We will try to give the best quick estimate as possible, but we need to see the project to give an exact figure which will also allow us to tell the customer the rebates they will be eligible from the utility companies which we take care of for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would like to know what is going on with the structure ( cold area's, energy savings etc) so we can better assist in finding the right solutions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are B.P.I certified ( building performance Institute) which gives us even more tools to help diagnose issues and help the customer receive higher rebates for work completed. We are also lead safe certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working in the business for my Father many years ago!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have literally worked with all types of customers with all types of needs for all types of structures specializing in existing and new construction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed an existing home in st clair shores where we air-sealed the attic top plates then blew 12" of cellulose over the attic. We then sprayed 2" of closed cell foam in the basement bonds along with minor caulking on the exterior of the home. Because of the efficiency of the home after the work was completed, She was eligible for $1700 in rebates from Consumers energy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give us an opportunity to prove that we are an knowledgeable, honest, excellent company that will provide you top quality and workmanship along with consistent customer service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A few good questions to ask would be how long have they been in the industry and how they would go about solving your individual problem as all needs differ from one client to another.
