Price is a result of knowledge times time! “We rather pay a good amount of money to be appureted by a Knoledgeble Doctor then by an aprendice “ I rather have someone who understand what they are doing and pay them for it then have someone who doesn’t know what they are doing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

i’m more susceptible to work with costumers that are looking for contractor that can be called “my friend “

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I got my Bachelor in religion and the Life directed me to be a Construction Men! I must admit that we are always learning new ways to get things done!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Daddy tough me how to get into and have it done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Many of my costumers know me since 1996 and I still come to their houses for maitenance. I don’t make money doing maintenance for them, so, why I help them? Because a relationship was builded and for that reason I stand for them. So, I will stand for my costumers to be the masonry person, but I will stand for my costumers when they need me for an small repair, for a small paint, for a little patch or whatever it is - I’ll be there for them. Usually a small project takes 4 to 8 days of work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need to pass to your contractor what’s going on and get an explanation on how he will be dealing with that situation presented by you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Each situation is different, so are the people. Approach your contractor with your questions and wait for answers.
