What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We may not be the cheapest or highest paid when it comes to pricing but we always have the best value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Provide an estimate, complete the work and keep the homeowner updated. We typically walk the homeowner around before, during, and after. If they cannot be there we send pictures of the entire process. Once completed test the system and make sure we answer all questions before collecting payment and leaving the job site.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my Home improvement license, I am certified in mold remediation, three years of filed training, two years of office training, and one year of general manger training, four years of training running my own company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this work when I was 18 years old, just coming into the work force I knew I wanted to develop a skill. After years of accountability, time management, and work ethic I moved through the ranks from entry level to General Manager before starting my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work will all kinds of homeowner. Age, race, area lived in, religion, social status. We treat people as people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I am most proud of would be a home waterproofing system we completed in a crawlspace. The homeowner had years and years of failed attempts by other companies and himself. In the process of trying to sell their home it was time to actually solve the problem for good. He hired us to complete the project with 4 days the project was done, he was very happy and the home finally passed inspection and sold with a return on investment from waterproofing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to get a project done take time to research media prices in your area. While your information may be skewed it would at least be a good starting point. A lot of time is taken to make sure we are in median price point.

What is the cause so we can stop the progression.
