Me and my Team are capable of handling most any crawlspace or basement related project, from insulation, waterproofing and egress window installations, to wall rebuilds, floor joist repair and even main support beams and posts. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we offer free inzoections for homeowners only. We are very experienced working with potential home buyers, but we do charge a $150 inspection fee. This fee will be applied as a credit to future work if you decide to purchase the home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we come to your house, our first priority is to listen. Once we understand your needs and concerns, we will thoroughly evaluate your home and present you with our findings and recommendations, and then work with you to help craft a solution that fits your needs and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Owner of Pro Crawlspace Repair has over 18 years of experience repairing Crawlspace, carpentry, interior and exterior basement waterproofing and designing and installing exterior drainage solutions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We primarily work with residential home owners and property managers.
