We strive to give the best prices that we can to provide quality, professional work. We cannot always guarantee the best price, but we can guarantee we will always do every job to the highest standards possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usual this will involve us going to a house to do an on site visit and to evaluate the problems the customers are experiencing. Once done, a hard copy estimate will then be sent to a customer for them to look over and discuss with us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have almost 16 years experience in our field for a variety of different jobs offered.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started this type of work as a small family oriented company trying to give customers a fair price to make their envisioned or necessary job as painless as possible.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We generally work with residents of all walks of life, however we also work with businesses on occasion depending on the job they would like done. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work with the customer at each step, to assure them that any and all people will be satisfied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our fondest projects we did was a waterproofing and drains job for a family that purchased a house that needed us to make sure that water penetration stopped for health reasons such as mold. It took approximately week to do it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would always advise a customer to ask any questions that you feel necessary. There are no such thing as dumb questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about what is most important to you when it comes to how you envision the desired outcome of your project and remember communication is key.
