We don’t use salesman we are typically on the lower end of the industry

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out and do a free and very extensive inspection. A diagram and estimates given to the customer. We do not use high pressure sales tactics.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed master plumbers that exclusively have done basement waterproofing for the last 20 plus years . We continue our education and licensing every year. Who better to install drains in your home then a licensed plumber.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are licensed plumber and decide to specialize in basement waterproofing. Who better to install under ground drains then a licensed plumber

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a job in a flooded basement that was finished. We removed some Sheetrock that was moldy. ( we are certified to remove mold). We then installed french drains and a couple of sump pumps.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure the company is licensed , insured and has workman’s comp. Don’t feel pressured by a company that has a special deal to do the work quickly. Ask questions any good company will answer any question you have.Check reviews with local reporting services ( thumbtack Angie’s List HomeAdvisor)
