What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have found our pricing to be very competitive with the other reputable, insured companies in the area. We also set our selves apart by working within the customers budget to achieve what they are looking to solve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process involves setting an appointment and one of our system designers will come out and meet with the homeowner to figure out what exactly they are trying to accomplish. After this, they will perform a comprehensive inspection and put together a plan of action.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed contractors in the state of NC and SC. We also attend industry trade shows to stay up to date on the latest products and services to best provide for out customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This company was started by our owner Cory Parks, a former full time firefighter. This started out as a sideline job for Cory but quickly became his passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers who own their own home or business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were able to recently lift a boat house on High Rock Lake that was falling off into the lake. Through some strategic, outside the box thinking, we were able to successfully lift this house and prevent it from any further sinking.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you verify and see proof that they are fully insured to include workers compensation, they are licensed in the state that the work will take place in and that their warranty is in writing.
