What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process at Foundation Solutions Group is designed to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new customers. We begin with an initial consultation and a free in-home inspection to understand your needs and assess the project. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a clear quote and financing options. Once the plan is finalized, our team works with you to complete the project on time and within budget. We have a wide array of customers from home owners, HOA’s, churches, property managers and commercial property owners. We have developed a reputation for top quality work and premium solutions. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and have always done what we said when we said we would do it and we do this day and a day out regardless of the type of customer we are working for.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our most recent projects involved renovation a home in the Mt. Ayer subdivision. They needed basement waterproofing, crawl space drainage system and an encapsulation system. They discovered the water problem half way through the renovation and had to contact us and see if we could expedite service so the renovations would delay and well we did and the project was very successful and the review is listed under our google reviews. We also recently did an encapsulation on a new construction church it was a very large project and turned out fantastic their review is also listed on our google reviews.
