What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I really enjoy sitting down and spending time with the homeowner to truly understand their goals and expectations. Many times these repairs can be cut and dry and there’s only one option, but often we are able to provide multiple solutions and some of which can be more budget friendly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have spent 10 years in the foundation industry building teams that execute proper foundation repair. I am a certified inspector from the NFRA, and a certified drainage specialist with NDS.

We had an elderly client that had some access issues with multiple doors in her home. Once the foundation repair was completed, all of the doors worked properly, and the structure was no longer a hazard for her.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When working with and getting estimates from contractors - if it doesn’t make sense, it’s probably not true. It’s very important to be educate and understand why these issues occur, because you are the one that spends the most amount of time at your home and often there are a little details that we as a contractor cannot see. For example, sometimes drainage issues are not blatantly obvious.
