What makes the basement kings special is we believe that finding the cause of the problem is just as important as finding the best solution to repair it. As consultants we don't have to sell you a product or service that you don't need. Our first and only concern is to find the problem and give you a list of options on how to repair it. Fortunately, we are not a foundation repair service who is trained to think in terms of, one size fits all. As basement repair consultants we are familiar with many methods and not one in particular. Our intention is to provide you with the best information possible and offer you an array of solutions to choose from. In most cases we will suggest the most economical solution and explain why we feel it might be your best option. Upon Request we will provide you a detailed report and in some cases offer a list of companies which will provide those services in your area that we don't provide. Today we are the only company in Texas that can offer a Healthy Basement Certificate which is nationally backed warranty. We have also added services for sealing and repairing crawl spaces for residents in Texas. An industry first for Texas. Our waterproofing techniques are quickly becoming the industry standard which we introduced nearly 10 years ago. Our self healing concrete has been tested on numerous projects from skyscrapers to dams. Building and installing nearly any type of inground structure including basements keep us working constantly, but we pride ourselves on being able to fix, repair and waterproof nearly any Underground structures including any type of basement built. We meet with our client and provide a detailed quote prior to taking on any new projects.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, we even train qualified, experienced, and motivated coach are ready to train others how to build basements. We started Kings Basement College to teach professionals, we call coaches to be top-notch and dedicated to helping you learn about basements online. Our highly qualified and motivated coaches hold one or more Bachelors, certifications, and state licenses from accredited colleges and universities.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The Basement Kings first began as a national swimming pool company over 50 years ago. Using different concrete mixtures, additives & methods has produced a strengthened concrete with unique water proofing qualities. Today we operate as basements specialists throughout the state of Texas providing basement advice to home owners, contractors and builders all over the U.S. We provide Basement Waterproofing services covering all of Texas.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Site feasibility study for customers who would like to know if a certain lot could have a special type of basement. What challengers would they face on a particular property. Are their any rules, regulations or laws in a particular town restricting them from building or using a basement for a particular use. Put together bid packages and a lot more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are proud of all the jobs we have worked on because no other company offers the list of services we provide in Texas or Oklahoma. A recent project we finished a basement for a top builder who failed several times to repair a custom basement. We completed the entire project in 10 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Why would someone hire a company to build something they have no knowledge of inspecting their type work. Under what circumstance would you let a person build something special for you that they would outright admit, they had no idea of how to repair it if something went wrong.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The Basement Kings is not: A construction company who is in the business of selling every customer a basement. We are not a company full of sells people. We don't offer the sale of a particular basement,Cellar or Safe Room. . We are not in the business of talking anyone into buying a basement. We are a family owned business who understands that we do not want every sale which sounds strange to most people. Our clients know how special our services are and understand that for what we do, we don't have any competition! The Basement Kings are consultants in business to help individuals, homeowners, contractors, builders and in some cases developers build basements in Texas. We offer our expertise in building basements to our clients. If you are someone who needs to be talked into buying a basement or someone looking to be stolen away from a particular builder we are not the company for you.
