Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Generally $15 to $16 per person for drop off service, up to $36 for full service events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Customer initiates email communication. We work together to formulate the perfect menu for your event. We invoice via email and you can pay online day of the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are a restaurant with two brick and mortar locations in Berkeley and San Rafael.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We do a lot of offices and athletic events. But we've done birthday parties, baby showers, even weddings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We have a standing order for a tech office in Berkeley every Monday. We rotate the menu for them weekly. We bring the food, set it up, and leave. Then they get an invoice. It's about as easy for them as it can get.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Cost and quality are obviously the top two. Where does the caterer source their ingredients. How much experience do they have with your type of event. How flexible are they to fit within your budget (not being flexible isn't bad, just means they're very dialed into what they do).
