Every dinner and event is different, and we put a lot of time and thought and preparation into every meal that we serve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It starts with a conversation to see what the customer really wants and then coming up with a custom menu to meet those needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 26 years of restaurant and cooking experience. I also have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher / prep cook when I was 15, and have worked almost every position in a restaurant. I’ve done serving tables and bartending for many years so I understand customer needs very well. I then discovered my love for food was becoming a prime driving force for what I wanted to do, and after 13 years working in restaurants I decided to go to chef school and pursue my dream.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every single different kind. Celebrities to small families to large parties for sporting events and everything in between.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be ready to be adventurous and willing to trust your chef.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I just want food or do I want a great culinary experience from start to finish? One that is well thought out and delicious with a high attention to detail.
