I am very flexible with pricing and fees to accommodate the customers needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get as much information as possible. Sometimes the request through thumbtack doesn't provide enough details in the request to properly give a customer an accurate quote. Its great when the customer can contact me personally so that I will be in the best position possible to give them what they need.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in the restaurant business as a young boy. My father owned a sandwich and pizza shop and I worked in their with him. I learned to create and combine flavors and recipes that I tried at other restaurants. After high school I realized food was my biggest passion in life and I needed to work in that field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I do a very large lunch catering business to companies like Wells Fargo, Allergan, FranklinCovey, Chase, Moss Adams, Adler Weiner and Fieldwork. As well as events for Laguna College of Art and Design, Jamboree Housing, Metagenics. These events range from 200 person graduation lunch and dinners, Board member mettings and appreciation events for over 500 people.
