What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I communicate with the customer our products and services, listen to their needs, consult on menu items, develop a price and talk about operations/logistics.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a BBQ culinary instructor and have taught hundreds of individuals the awesomeness of cooking with fire.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

BBQ has always been a passion since my late teens. I spent the last thirteen years perfecting the art before going professional.

All types of customers have worked with me. They include schools, universities, corporate offices, nonprofits, events, microbreweries, private parties, wineries and government organizations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Weddings are always special. It is such an amazing feeling feeding a group of people who are celebrating a union. I take extra care and time to make sure all the food and presentation for these special events are perfect. The wedding meal took about two hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you understand the quality of the vendor and their specialties. Make sure they also communicate well and meet your expectations/demands.
