What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on the number of guest and selection of food. Add on to base price includes fruit displays, live action stations and full wait style service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process is discussing the needs and expectations of the clients events. After planning a menu a food tasting will be the next step in the booking process. After a successful tasting we move into the final process of discussing final pricing and the signing of the contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In 2013 I graduated from a culinary arts school where I graduated top of my class. I have trained under executive chefs, helped open dining consents, worked in kitchen management positions and successfully started a growing catering company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I watched my late aunt grow her catering business from the comfort of her kitchen. This inspired my drive to become a customer service driven chef and to have a large scale catering company

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with family oriented clients, elderly, diet conscious, disabled, romantic couples and corporate clients

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a large scale wedding. We catered the brides shower and wedding. The guest enjoyed a variety of appetizers and a full buffet with a carving station. Per covid we served the guest and practiced social distancing to bring a safer environment to the event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In my opinion I would look at the reviews and food quality. Most importantly taste the food before booking .
