Our cost structure is simple. You have a clear budget and know what you want. We will deliver all that is expected of our company as to what type of service is agreed upon.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. After we receive an email or phone call from the client for the initial contact, we would like to set up a phone conference call and go over their event. 2. After we get the full information for the event, then we put a proposal together for our client based on the information given to us. 3. We email the proposal and await feedback on the proposal. 4. Once the proposal is sent and all is Confirmed on the Contract then we ask for a deposit and a signed contract. 5. We do the event

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have gone thru Culinary training and did my under study with Chefs from around the world to perfect what we do here at Kimo's Akamai Catering. Based upon our experience we place our best foot forward and give our clients what they want.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always had the passion to cook and serve food that had quality, taste and presentation. I have done that ever since I have been introduced to the field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had clients from all around the world and challenged our creativity on every aspect of our craft with food and flavor. Creating the best flavored and quality that fits my clients had always been our goals. Themed events or create Menus around their ethnic background and favorite food palette is always been our goal.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are always humbled to have done past events with putting our best foot forward for all our clients. By all means we are not perfect but we do 110% of our efforts to make sure the event goes off well and smoothly . We do create and present our clients the best way we know how and that is with good food, Good Quality, Good presentations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that their are no hidden fees and that all breakdown of cost is on their invoices. We also recommend going into a provider with all the info that you may need to get the Vendor that best fits your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about all they want to have at their event, Put a reasonable budget together for your self and for us as your caterer and provider, If you need any advice to what you may have to what you want for your event and that you are not familiar with.
