What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process includes a consultation that will perfectly guide us in the direction of your interests. At the over the phone or in person consultation, budget and menu or meal plan suggestions will be discussed

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am educated in college level culinary arts, as well as an avid member of the culinary industry. I have worked alongside some of the greatest chefs in the area as well, as having an apprenticeship under a Chef that studied at the cordon bleu in Paris, France.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started my culinary journey, young fresh out of high school and continued through culinary school. This is something that I am passionate about, and I intend to pursue for the entirety of my career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The types of customers that I work with come from a vast amount of backgrounds. I work with the average working class family that needs a little bit of help with meal prep during the week to the young bachelor that is dressed to impress, and ready to get on a knee , And ask his new wife to marry him with a custom personal chef cooking a five course meal. I work with the newly weds that are looking to make their day special and provide food for their guests that have come to enjoy a special day. I’m able to provide a cocktail and snack experience for a group of housewives that just needs some time to enjoy each other’s company. Another great customer that I can work with is someone looking to treat their hard-working employees to a nice lunch to help lift team morale.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that was particularly enjoyable, was catering for HP, printers and Boise. This took about a weeks worth of preparation and lasted about four hours during a company, retirement party, very enjoyable, and an overall great time.
