If we are chosen to coordinate your event, we will make sure that your event is a successful, happy occasion and planned perfectly to your satisfaction with a cost you can afford. The event coordinator has been planning and decorating for family events for several years, the caterer has been catering family events and the food is outstanding and the Gift box designer has a unique touch of designing monetary gift boxes for every event you can imagine, made especially for your event! Our office manager has over 15 years of experience in managing and customer service skills. Our worlds have changed since the pandemic; with that being said, 4cuzns want to be in complete cooperation with the CDC guidelines. We will wear our masks and practice social distance in all events we cater to. After all, we want to keep everyone safe and still provide good service to our customers. We also offer discounts for first-time customers; so hire us, and you can receive a 10-15% discount, depending on the services you choose.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are negotiable, therefore, we want our customers to be happy with our services without breaking the bank. We do offer discounts for certain services and we feel our prices are within reach. The bottom line will not depress our customers but will bless them!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

4Cuzns' Event Coordinator will meet with the customer to outline what type of event they are planning and what their budget is for making that event a reality. We will let them know what we can offer them, within their budget of course, to make their special day become a reality. We also offer discounts for certain services, this too will help the customer save while planning a great event within a budget!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started our work by catering and planning family events before we decided to start a business. We are 4 first cousins who enjoy doing this type of work that we decided to join our separate gifts to form 4Cuzn's Event Planning and Catering, LLC.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have coordinated Anniversary dinners, Weddings, Retirement dinners, Birthday parties, and Class Reunions. Our moto is "Family Serving Families"

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent event was a 125 guests-full service wedding, planned from start to finish. 4cuzns' coordinated the wedding, booked the church venue and reception venue, chose the menu, décor for church and reception hall, the rehearsal dinner, the bridal shower, all the floral décor, designing, printing and mailing of invitations, and monitoring RSVP, arrange a DJ and a photographer, all within 5 months! It was very challenging but 4cuzns' pulled it off without a hitch! We can do the same for you, just hire us!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The customer should look for a pro who is passionate about their work. someone who wants to help the customer make their day special without breaking the bank. Customers should know what all goes into making their event a success. They should have some type of budget to work with in deciding approximately how much their event could cost them. They should create a brief outline of every thing they want to happen in planning their event; that way there will be no surprises or disappointments in the bottom line.
