I am a new business. I take great pride in the food i serve and the customer service I provide. My prices are fair, and the the smoked meat I provide is amazing. I have a 500 gallon smoker capable of smoking over 150 lbs of meat at once. There is not a job to big. If you need servers for your event we provide those also. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will typically give you a call and ask about the event so we can get a good grasp of what you need. Our specialty is smoked BBQ but we do so much more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by catering family functions and it took off from there. I started with small parties and now with our 500 gallon smoker we can do any job.
