Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I treat every piece of equipment like it was my own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Diagnosis, followed by follow up if parts are needed. Assembly is one trip.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am an electro-mechanical engineer. I have been factory trained by all manufacturers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I began in 1988, I was working part time in a Health Club maintaining their equipment. A company came in to the gym I worked at called Total Fitness Products. They were replacing some equipment in the facility I worked at, and asked me if I wanted a job. a year later they went out of business and I began fixing Fitness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work on every single brand and model of commercial and residential fitness equipment. Life Fitness, Matrix, NordicTrack, ProForm, Nautilus etc...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
It's very gratifying to help a customer repair a piece of equipment at a reasonable price.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I always tell each customer base the investment of the repair on the age and the original cost of their unit. You should only spend 50% of original cost.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Every customer should think about the amount of money they want to invest in their repair. Please call me.
