Hello everyone! I’m a talented Cordon Bleu trained Chef from Paris with 11 years of experience as a sous chef for a Celebrity Chef and James Beard award winner. Cooking is my passion and obsession. I take pride in creating excellence in my dishes so that every bite evokes joy and delight for everyone. I’m also here to create high quality gourmet meals at affordable prices so that everyone can experience the luxury of having a 5 star Chef cook in your kitchen. I specialize in diverse cuisines including French, Italian, Mediterranean, American and Southern Soul food, all of which are bursting with bright flavors inspired by Thai/japanese flavors as well for an extra creative touch. I can make all the classic American dishes and my specialty is Pasta. I’m also an expert in gluten-free, vegetarian, and can work with any dietary restrictions. Most of my ingredients are organic and locally sourced, and most importantly I can ensure that every dish requested is the best you’ve ever tasted. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business, I decided to launch my own private chef/catering business with the help of a local Celebrity Chef and many well known Chefs around the world.
