We offer flexible options to suit a variety of event styles and budgets, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. ✨ Full-Service Catering (Per Person Option) – This package includes on-site staff, setup and cleanup, professional buffet or plated presentation, and all serving equipment needed for a seamless guest experience. 📦 Drop-Off Only – Perfect for more casual events, we’ll prepare and deliver your food fresh, packaged for easy handling. 📐 Drop-Off with Setup – In addition to delivery, we’ll set up your food table with warmers and serving accessories, ensuring everything is beautifully arranged before we depart. Additional charges may apply based on guest count, travel distance, presentation requests, or specialty services. All costs are clearly documented so you always know exactly what you're paying for. For full-service events, a 15–20% gratuity is included in the final quote to fairly compensate our chefs and event staff. For drop-off orders, gratuity is optional but always appreciated if you feel the service exceeded expectations.

From there, we begin with a consultation to understand your event details, guest count, menu preferences, and any special requests. Once your selections are finalized, we’ll send over a detailed quote outlining all costs. A deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due prior to the event. We offer different catering options to fit our clients' needs, including: ✅ Drop-off catering – Food is delivered, and the client handles setup. ✅ Drop-off with setup – We set up the food table, ensuring everything is arranged properly before leaving. ✅ Remain-on-site catering – We stay on-site to monitor food, assist guests, and maintain the setup. This service includes the use of our professional metal food equipment to keep everything warm and presentable. ✅ Full-service catering – We provide a complete catering experience, including food service, staff, and cleanup. One of my favorite recent catering events was a football-themed event, where we created a customized menu that delivered bold flavors and an exciting game-day experience. The client wanted a mix of hearty, flavorful dishes with a fun presentation, and we made sure to deliver! We put together an incredible spread, featuring: 🏈 Beef BBQ Ribs – Slow-cooked, smoky, and smothered in rich barbecue sauce. 🏈 Baked Mac and Cheese – Served in football-shaped baking dishes for a creative, themed touch. 🏈 Honey Jerk BBQ Chicken – A flavorful balance of sweet, smoky, and spicy. 🏈 Oxtails – Braised to tender perfection, packed with deep, savory flavors. 🏈 Plantain Cups with Creole Shrimp and Griot (Fried Pork) – A guest favorite with a Caribbean twist. 🏈 White Rice & Rice and Beans – Classic sides that complemented the proteins. 🏈 Pasta Salad – Light and refreshing, a perfect contrast to the rich entrees. 🏈 Reese’s Pieces Cheesecake Pie – A decadent, crowd-pleasing dessert. 🏈 Fried Chicken Hung on Chicken Holders – A unique and eye-catching setup where crispy fried chicken was displayed on chicken holders, making it easy for guests to grab and enjoy! On the day of the event, we provided remain-on-site catering, ensuring food stayed warm and beautifully arranged using our professional metal food equipment and food lamps. The chicken holders were a standout visual element, adding to the interactive and festive experience. The setup was a huge hit! Guests loved the creative presentations, especially the football-shaped mac and cheese and the hanging fried chicken display. The energy of the event, combined with the flavorful menu, made this a truly memorable catering experience!
