I have been a chef for 16 years and working as a cater for the past 4 years the passion and the love for catering it’s just growing bigger every time I get my hands and my heart in to it

Customer should think about affordability. If they can afford the project that they have in mind? One should also think about feasibility.Is this project feasible? The demand of the project can it be done in the time that they would give to the caterer? Do I have all the resources that I need to provide the caterer with?
