What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to pick my prices around food cost giving the customer the most value I possibly can.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When finding a new customer the goal is to make the event seamless. Their time is most important.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took culinary arts classes for 4 years. I worked alongside a local caterer for 5 plus years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started Catering because my father was a caterer. So you can say it was a family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of people from all types of back grounds. (church groups, community groups, family, friends and hopefully YOU.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I did a 4th of July party with food for 100 people. Things turned out great we even set up a contract with a firework show.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For a customer I would remember to look for someone that really is interested in helping and not just a pay check, so the pro puts his or her care into your event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A customer should go over every detail in their head that they wish to be displayed in their event.
