What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer Military/ First Responder discount. Must mention upfront for discount. We offer a payment plan if over $1600.00. 30% Deposit first. Then balance into 4 payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide all information up front, offer walk throughs and respond ASAP.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Culinary Institute of America Gaston County school Nutrition Restaurant experience. High school Culinary Arts ( Mecklenburg County )

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Studied Fine arts and Culinary Arts in High School. I went to the Culinary Institute of America. I worked in commercial kitchens. I did dinners and weddings for sister, best friend, cousin and parents..one day a friend said this is so good ..open a Cafe..I was like 19 ..so I didn't do that..but I Knew I would do something food related...

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weddings are our bread and butter..I think its because we allow the Bride and family to relax and not stress..we make the process easy. We do Graduations, Birthday Days, Holidays, Retirements etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

They all bring us pride and happiness!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions!!! And be as precise as you can about what you want.. Be realistic about market prices and food cost. Book any vendor you really want early.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Its a labor of love..food is comfort..you have to love it to do it well!
