What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Based on dietary preferences and restrictions I will send a sample menu then I am happy to fine tune the menu to best suite each guest

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working Immersed in the fields of agriculture, from scratch cooking and baking all of my life. I have taken a variety of more formal classes and worked in several kitchens and trained by some phenomenal chefs

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a long line of Farmers, Butchers and Chefs, I have been a private chef for over 10 yrs

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked will and look forward to working with all kinds of customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A Bachelorette party for 12 ladies who enjoyed a Mediterranean Menu with four courses before going out for the evening. Dinner for 10 lasted around an hour an a half and we we onsite for a total of two and a half hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please have an an idea of what cuisine you are looking for and whether or not there are any dietary restrictions.
