WEDDING OFFICIANT Our goal is to see you have the most amazing wedding that you want so that the rest of your life you will look back on your ceremony as the most amazing start of your life together. #1 We offer a 50% discount to all Active Duty U.S. Armed Forces members and Active Law Enforcement Officers. #2 Our Parsonage's backyard is available for your wedding in a small group of 10 or less at no additional charge. If it is just you and your fiance' my wife and Father-in-law can serve as your witnesses. We have a deck with a retractable awning if it is raining or snowing. #3 We also love to officiate Wedding Anniversary, Vow Renewal, and Commitment ceremonies for those that are celebrating special years. As well as Vow Reaffirmation ceremonies for couples who have decided to continue in marriage after a period of separation. #4 If you just need someone to officiate your ceremony you can make an appointment to come to our parsonage and we will perform a short ceremony and complete your marriage license for a fee of $125. #5 Special Niagara Falls Daytime Elopement Package. Includes Ordained Officiant and NY State Required Witness which will video or photograph your wedding. (Utilizing either your or their iPhone.) There are many beautiful locations to choose from that are free of charge. $400 #6 Special Niagara Falls Evening Elopement Package. There are times throughout the year that Niagara Falls has both Colored lights and Firework displays in the evening that can be a beautiful backdrop for your Wedding photos and or video. Call for pricing as it varies depending on the dates and times chosen. Ranges $500 - $700. There is an additional Daily Travel Fee of $50 per hour of drive time for distance's over 1 hour away from Webster, NY. an additional fee of $100 for Holidays and Holiday weekends, as well as an additional fee of $75 for ceremonies after 8PM. My wife and I are both ordained Non Denominational Christian Clergy. I have a Masters and Doctorate in Practical Ministry. We both serve as Wedding Officiants. While we both can perform weddings independently we have also co-officiated several Weddings. We also have been Officiants at destination Weddings throughout the United States. We are even able to serve as Wedding officiants in some foreign countries depending on their and U.S. laws. PRE MARRIAGE CLASSES As certified SYMBIS pre marriage facilitators we provide a pre marriage course for those who desire it. We can do this via conference calling or internet video conferencing Our goal is to make your Wedding Day all you imagined it would be. For SYMBIS Pre Marriage facilitating there is a $50 initial consultation fee. The investment for the SYMBIS Pre Marriage course is $515 per couple. This includes 2 SYMBIS Books, 1 Women's Manual, 1 Men's Manual, 2 on line SYMBIS Assessments and 8 1hr conference sessions either by phone or by internet video conferencing. The initial $50 consultation fee will be applied to the $515 cost leaving a balance of $465. Payments can be made in 4 equal payments of $116.25. We reserve the right to only perform traditional Christian Weddings, Anniversaries and Commitment Services between a man and a woman. We also provide Christian Biblical based Spiritual & Life Coaching!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We want to make the cost for an Officiant to not be a burden on any couple. Our cost to Officiate your Wedding and or Rehearsal is $150 each. There is a $50 travel fee for destinations beyond 60 miles from Webster, NY. Destination Wedding quotes are available. SYMBIS Pre Marriage facilitating (3-6 month) cost is $515 per couple Active Military, Police, Fire receive a 50% discount. COVID-19 Special COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS FOR WEDDINGS Due to the current COVID-19 social distancing directives. We have several suggestions. #1 We will work with all of those that have signed an Officiant Agreement to reschedule on a mutually acceptable date. #2 We will perform a small 10 persons or less Wedding Ceremony on your original date at a place of your choosing and then at a later date perform a larger Reception Wedding Ceremony for no additional charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Recieving a confirming email from the customer detailing thier names, contact information, dates, location times and requirements. If they have questions before sending the confirming email they can contact me by phone. After receiving a confirming email from prospective client confirming their Date(s), Location(s) and Time(s) of Wedding Rehearsal (If attendance is required) and Wedding, we then contact our client and discuss the requirements they are wanting. We then send the client through email an "Officiant Agreement" for them to sign which outlines what we are providing and the agreed upon cost and how they can pay the 20% downpayment for our services in order to lock in our services for the dates requested. After receiving the completed "Officiant Agreement" and the 20% deposit we contact the client and discuss their Wedding Ceremony and provide them with a final draft. This can be done over the phone or by Facetime.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My wife & I have been ordained Christian Ministers for over 40 years. I have a Masters and Doctorate in Practical Ministry. My Wife and I are certified SYMBIS Pre Marriage facilitators and SYMBIS Marriage Mentors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Performing Weddings has always been one of the many blessings a Christian Minister has the honor of officiating.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many couples from various religious backgrounds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

While we don't require it our most enjoyable Weddings are those where we have the opportunity to do meet with the couples over a 3-6 month period going through the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Pre Marriage counseling. This gave us the opportunity to get to know each couple in a more intimate way and assist them as they prepare to make the adjustments necessary in every marriage for it to be a success. This last year we did this with 4 couples. Some at our house and others through FaceTime.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find an Officiant that is not just in this for the money. The Officiant is the one charged with legally preforming the wedding but remember it is your special day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you available on my wedding date? Will you be able to perform a wedding at my desired venue? Are you licensed to perform a ceremony in the State or Country we're getting married in? How many times should we meet before the ceremony? How much will you charge? How long have you been performing Weddings? How long does a typical ceremony take? Can you provide a writing or taped sample of a ceremony you performed? What happens incase of an emergency?
