What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I feel my pricing is extremely fair. I pride myself on quality, quantity and service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First making sure date is free. Then figure out logistics does venue have oven, refrigeration and prep area. Then the fun stuff, Menu planning. I love speaking with people as to what foods go together not only taste and flavors but textures.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My Training and education is self taught.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started catering with a girlfriend many years ago. I’ve always been fond of cooking.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from ones who let my suggestions dictate to ones that only want what they want.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project I did was a graduation party. It started off with a charcuterie then went into an old style Italian dinner with meatballs, sausage and neckbones. For dessert Cassata cake, cannoli’s and cookies. It was a full evening event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give any customer is to make sure your caterer communicates with you. They should help you and guide you to having a great event.
