Introduction

All our food is hand picked and homemade. We take great pride in the time and effort we put into EVERY meal!! Our brisket, pulled pork and Gouda Mac n Cheese are among our favorites to serve! We start each order knowing OUR customers are depending on us to fulfill their vision of what their "event" will be like. We do our best to ensure communication with our host to ensure that we delivere service "above our customers expectations". We ask questions, probe and try to find the best alternative for our hosts.

I have a standard catering menu but often we customize the menu to fit and needs and budget of the guest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try to ask as many questions as possible regarding the catered event. I try to think of every possible scenario that may be overlooked. I like to give my clients as many options as possible and enjoy trying new dishes and menus.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am Serve Safe certified, as is my partner. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I been in the restaurant/bar business my entire adult life so it just made sense to buy a restaurant and own a catering company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have catered large formal events up to 350 people and small, intimate events with 10 people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are the exclusive caterers of the Crestwood Knights of Columbus and host their Reserve Raffles and Steak Roasts twice a year for over 200 guests.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Call the caterer. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you are being quoted on and that you have good communication with your caterer. Have a vision of what you expect from your caterer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the date of your event? What will the hours be? What type of fare will my guests enjoy?: Is there any food allergies I need to be concerned with? Take the step by step approach and imagine your buffet line or your dinner, what condiments are needed?
