What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of services ranging from $20-$55 for buffet style catering that can be dropped off, or serviced. We also offer private dining experiences with our chef ranging $55-$115 for smaller parties. It includes plated service and full customizability. We offer flat rates depending on the service you require so there is no confusion when it comes to booking us! The only additional fees we have are travel and plate ware, depending on your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with us, you can expect sample a sample menu based off of the preferences you have selected. Based on that, we can go over what specific needs or wants that you wish to have at your event. We are highly customizable, so there's nothing off the table for what we can offer! After having a set menu, date, and expectations, we will send you a contract, and an invoice going over what we have discussed thus far. From there, there's nothing else to do but sit back and relax until the day of your event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef is a graduate from the culinary arts program of Bucks County Community College and has been in the industry for the better part of a decade. He has been a part of and managed several scratch kitchens; such as, the River House at Odette's, The Roof, and Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve had a passion for cooking since I was 10 years old, and that love for food has only grown over the years. My journey began when I started working as a dishwasher at the age of 15, and from there, I worked my way up in the kitchen. I’ve always had humble beginnings, which has allowed me to develop a down-to-earth, hands-on approach to cooking. No matter where I am or what I’m doing, I carry that knowledge and passion with me. Cooking isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I truly love, and it’s an honor to be able to share that with others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of customers, each with unique needs and preferences. The customers who tend to be the best fit for my catering services are those who value high-quality, personalized meals and want to make their event extra special. Whether it’s a couple planning an intimate wedding, a company hosting a corporate event, or someone organizing a milestone birthday, my clients are typically looking for an authentic, delicious, and thoughtful experience.
People who appreciate freshly prepared dishes, attention to detail, and exceptional service will find that my offerings suit them perfectly. I work closely with each client to ensure their vision comes to life, from the menu selection to the presentation, making every event a memorable one. If you're looking for an experienced, passionate caterer who treats every event as a personal commitment, you're the kind of customer I love working with!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite recent projects was an intimate birthday dinner for two using our personal chef service. Being able to provide a lasting memory for my clients on their special occasion was unbelievably fulfilling. This three course meal took our chef two hours to create and was an experience they won't forget!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're looking to hire a caterer, my advice would be to focus on finding someone who is not only passionate about food but also takes the time to understand your specific needs and vision for your event. It’s important to find a provider who listens to your preferences and is flexible enough to accommodate any dietary restrictions or special requests.
Check for experience in your type of event—whether it's a casual gathering, a formal dinner, or a large celebration. A good caterer should be able to offer suggestions, guide you in choosing the right menu, and ensure everything is executed seamlessly on the day of your event.
Lastly, always ask about their commitment to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. A great caterer will be as invested in the success of your event as you are, and that will show in the food, service, and overall experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to a catering professional, it’s helpful to think through a few key details to ensure the conversation is productive and focused. Here are some questions to consider:
What type of event am I hosting?
What is my budget?
How many guests will be attending?
Do any guests have dietary restrictions or allergies?
What type of cuisine am I interested in?
What level of service am I looking for?
Where will the event be held?
What’s the timeline for the event?
