My goal is to prepare your menu to be very delicious. Call me for some extraordinary treats that you can't find anywhere else. As your caterer, I can prepare an intimate dinner for two or a full buffet up to 1000. I specialize in southern and family-oriented cuisine. I also do Mexican, Cajun, and Italian. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a professionally trained Chef and caterer. I graduated from The Culinary Business Academy in 2011. I changed careers at the precious age of 40.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked as a private Chef for a family and began to cater parties for them on weekends. Once others had my food, I began to cater their parties too. Then, I applied for a booth at The State Fair and got in on my first application.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. I have done many intimate dinners for 2 for couples in their homes as well as huge corporate events. I've catered several weddings and I've worked as a personal Chef for several professional athletes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just finished my 9th year as a vendor at The State Fair of Texas. It lasts for 24 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

.. Talk to your service provider. Let them know exactly what you want. Communication is key. Tell your caterer if you or your guest has any allergies, and which foods to stay away from. Make sure to schedule a tasting, and try the food, prior to the event. Find a budget you are comfortable with, and choose your menu accordingly.
