Don't be shy about asking questions, we love questions! After all it's your big day, and you want it to be as stress free as possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What are their specific needs and wants for their meal, such as for dietary restrictions, head count, and of course their budget. They should ask how we calculate our prices, service charge, and any extra services they want us to provide. They should also ask about the differences in price between having China, silverware and glassware or disposable ware. They should also ask how we calculate price for the different courses that they require on the menu as well as beverage.
