Chef Sunny is available for private in-home omakase services on Tuesdays and Thursdays regularly. The rest of our time is spent focusing on our takeout/delivery sushi restaurant, Kaisen HTX. Our focus is on quality ingredients and respecting the origins of our cuisine, coupled with beauty. We only provide food that is made 100% from scratch from our team. We’ve spent our lifetimes focusing on four areas of cuisine: Korean, Japanese, American, and Italian. However, we now focus solely on traditional Japanese sushi. When we cook, our goal is to provide food that is of the highest quality and tastes not only like it should be served in a high-end restaurant, but also has the distinct yet indescribable notes of being made with the care of a home cook.
