My goal is to prepare your menu to be very delicious. Call me for some extraordinary treats that you can't find anywhere else. As your caterer, I can prepare an intimate dinner for two or a full buffet up to 1000. I specialize in southern and family-oriented cuisine. I also do Mexican, Cajun, and Italian. I offer full service catering or drop off only. I have a food truck and can prepare almost anything onsite. I study my clients' ideas thoroughly and constantly look for details that might stand out to plan out an event. I love it when a client has no clue about the detail or theme for their event because that challenges me to put together my ideas and " wow" my client on their event day.
