Bina Booths experiences include our signature 2-step process to maximize guest engagement: 1️⃣ The First Fun Round: We get as many guests as possible to jump in for photos, boomerangs, and video dedications. Everyone gets warmed up and excited! 2️⃣ The VIP Prop Round: Just when things start to slow down, we bring out the luxurious themed props. No flimsy paper cutouts here—only real, high-quality props that elevate the experience. Guests get re-engaged for a second round of unforgettable, hilarious, and fun-filled moments! 💰 Discounts & Fees: We offer special discounts for weekday bookings, Veterans, schools, and non-profits. Travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area. No hidden fees! What we quote is what you pay. All prices are plus tax and the industry average gratuity is 18%.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you book with us, you’ll receive a customization questionnaire via email. This helps us: ✅ Build your 8 custom digital backgrounds tailored to your event’s theme. ✅ Customize your experience based on your vision and guest preferences. ✅ Ensure a seamless setup so your event goes off without a hitch! We take customization seriously! 🎨 Around 2 to 3 weeks before your event, we’ll send you proofs of your digital backgrounds to make sure we’re bringing your vision to life. This process usually involves 2 to 3 emails and calls where we fine-tune the details until it's just right! Before your big day, we’ll also do a final check-in call or email to confirm setup details and any last-minute requests. On the day of your event, we arrive at the agreed start time, set up and, test everything, and make sure your event is nothing short of spectacular!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Funny story! We actually run Armor Home, a large pest control and security company—we keep the bugs and thugs out. 🦟🚨 But every year, we throw a big Thanksgiving appreciation party for our employees, friends, and family. One year, we bought an old, beat-up photo booth to add some fun to the party. We had no idea what to expect, but by the end of the night, everyone was obsessed with it! Guests left with holiday photos they could use right away, and the slideshow of the event was filled with genuine smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments. As hosts, we were running around all night, so watching the photos later gave us a chance to see how much fun everyone had. It was the first time in years that our party felt truly next-level—and we knew we had to share this experience with others. The very next day, we invested in state-of-the-art photo booths, professional training, and top-tier software—and built the foundation of what is now Bina Booths. Within 90 days, we were booked solid. Now, we bring that same energy, excitement, and memory-making magic to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Renaissance-Themed Reception – A Night of Knights & Pirates. One of our most unforgettable events was a Renaissance-themed wedding reception where we went all-in on medieval magic. The couple wanted a truly immersive experience, so we made sure every detail of our booth fit the theme perfectly. 💫 The Setup: ✔️ Custom Digital Backgrounds featuring grand ships, enchanted forests, beaches with pirate ships in the background and even an Wedding Magazine Cover background. ✔️ Royal Red & Gold VIP Stanchions to make guests feel like nobility. ✔️ Blow-up LED-lit Background to add a dramatic glow, like a magical portal into the past. ⚔️ The Props: This wasn’t just a few themed hats—we brought out the real deal! ✔️ Authentic Chainmail & Helmets – Guests got to pose as true knights. ✔️ Royal Crowns & Velvet Capes – Because every queen and king deserves their moment of glory. 📸 The Experience: We used our 2-Step Process to maximize fun and engagement: 1️⃣ First Round: Guests took classic, noble portraits in full medieval regalia—posing like kings, queens, knights, and court jesters. 2️⃣ Second Round: Just when things slowed down, we brought out the BIG props! Once the real armor and swords came out, guests lined up again for hilariously over-the-top battle poses, duels, and dramatic "Game of Thrones"-style portraits. 👑 The Result? The booth was packed all night! People couldn’t get enough of the real armor and medieval props. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1️⃣ Ask about customization. A great booth isn’t just “click and pose.” Do they offer digital backgrounds? Custom props? If not, you may end up with a generic experience. Even if they offer digital backgrounds how well are they trained in Graphic Arts? We have a full-time graphic artist on board whom you will work directly with to make sure we bring your visions to life. 2️⃣ Find out what’s included. Some companies charge extra for basic features sharing your pictures, and using the boomerang or video features. We include everything upfront! 3️⃣ Look at past events. Check reviews, photos, and videos from previous customers to see the real guest experience. 4️⃣ Ask about engagement strategy. A great photo booth team will actively encourage participation to get the best moments captured. (That’s why we use our 2-Step Fun Process!) 5️⃣ Make sure they fit your vibe. Every event is different—whether you want elegant wedding photos or a wild, laugh-filled party, your booth should match your energy.
