What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I prefer to keep it straightforward an charge time & material. However, I am open to other approaches? (i.e. charging per sq/ft).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

When and if I can afford it, I would like to get a masters degree (MFA) in illustrations. For now, I try to learn from other artists.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had many wonderful mentors growing up. One of them, once owned a sign painting business and I learned how to work large from him (as a muralist).

What types of customers have you worked with?

I do the entire spectrum of artwork. Recently, I have done many lettering solutions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Because I treat each mural project as if it were my last, I am proud of all my projects. My personal expectation is simple: I either meet my clients/customers' expectations or exceed it (if I do not, they do not have to pay for my service).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be to know what you want or have a good idea of what direction you want the artwork to go?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some people assumed that painting is "fun" and even "easy". In reality, it's only "fun" and "easy" when it works out to your clients expectation. Overall, I do enjoy the challenge.
