What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a la carte pricing. You only pay for what you need. It starts with what we call: 'The Basics' -Delivery, Assembly & Clean Up -Unlimited Sessions -Two Prints per session -Attendant -Custom Print Design -Liability Insurance -Text, Email Sharing Pricing starts at: $450 first 2 hours $150/hr every hour after

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It starts with a conversation. We learn about your event and your needs. We ask questions. We do our homework. Next comes coffee. Once it percolates so do the ideas. Around this time we'll send an electronic invoice for the deposit and our service agreement for you to electronically sign. Final designs are approved and we launch your idea. We celebrate with tacos and cervezas!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Tag Me Photobooth is the culmination of 20 years of professional photography experience. Our concept was to merge technology with the disciplines of fashion photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Tag Me started as a husband and wife business. Our concept was to combine the latest technology with elements of fashion photography, all in a modern, minimalist booth.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with brands such as Forever 21, MGM, Hilton and large-scale events such as San Diego Comic Con. Whether a small private party or multi-day convention, we always exercise the highest level of professionalism while maintaining our high energy and intense enthusiasm.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It's not the project we're fond of; it's the people. We love making friends and seeing people have a good time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at their website. Read their reviews; the best indicator of the future is the past. This is your event and everything needs to run perfectly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask to see photos of their set-up, past photo designs and sample images directly from the booth. Make sure it's exactly what you are a looking for. Ask for liability insurance. We know, it's a photobooth, what could possibly happen? Nothing will happen but the reality is most wedding venues now require it. Better safe than sorry right?
