What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer fair and affordable pricing! We start at $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We communicate via text, phone or email, to plan out the details such as the print design and wording, what kind of props they want, whether they want open air or enclosed booth, and any important details for the day of, including if we're indoors or out, where we will set up, etc. We are great at communicating and making sure the customer is satisfied with every detail from beginning to end!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always loved photography and capturing special moments! We bought the photo booth from a friend 10 years ago and have enjoyed being a part of events such as weddings, sweet 15s, birthday parties, school and corporate events, etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love working with everyone and meeting new, wonderful people! We are friendly, professional, bilingual (English/Spanish), work great with kids, and love providing exceptional customer service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all of our projects! I especially love matching our design and props to the party theme. For example, a recent event we did was a circus themed birthday party and the props were super cute- clown wigs, silly glasses, hats, clown faces, peanuts, cotton candy, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is very important to give lots of details- this helps us to know exactly what you'd like. For example, I like to know the theme of the party, to immediately show the customer a print design and prop samples. I'd also say to not be afraid to ask questions!
