What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you hire us we will email you a contract and invoice so you can make a deposit to book your day. We will then set a time and date to meet up and discuss your event. Once we get details of the event we will start working on the layout and when finish we will send that over to you so you can approve. The day of your event we arrive an hour before your booking time to set up. At the event we make sure all your guest are enjoy the photo booth. If you decide to add a scrapbook we make sure all your pictures are added to the scrapbook and direct guest to leave a message for you. At the end we will look for you and hand over a flash drive if you have added one, and also hand over the scrapbook.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was at my good friend wedding and I saw that everyone was having a great time and the attendance was laughing with us. After that night I decided it was something I wanted to do, I love taking pictures and what way to have a good time with guest and take pictures.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Their is a lot of profesional out there, just make sure you have a big selection of props because that’s what your guest will enjoy. Don’t settle with low quality props either.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you insure? Yes! We have both General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance. If you need a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to additional cover the venue for the day of the event, we’d be happy to provide you with one. ​ Are you legit? Absolutely! We are a LLC in the state of California. We also are members of our local Chambers of Commerce.
