What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For harp, piano, and music theory lessons, I only teach online via Google Meet, WhatsApp or Zoom. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to new/prospective students. Discounts are applied if lessons are purchased in bulk. For live music, the fee varies depending on the length of event. Please note that there is a mileage fee for venues beyond 12 miles from the business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please provide information on musical training and goals for taking music lessons when inquiring for lessons. For live music, please provide information on the venue (outdoors, indoors, accesibility), length of event, number of guests/attendees as well as bridal party (if applicable), and preferences for musical selections (naming specific songs will help).
