What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve been performing magic for over 30 years, with specialized training in sleight of hand, mentalism, and audience psychology. I’m a regular performer at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, and I’m the 2025 Strolling Showdown Champion—an award given to the top walk-around magician by the Academy of Magical Arts. In addition to countless hours of rehearsal, mentorship, and performance refinement, I’ve studied acting, scripting, and improvisation to ensure every show is not just a magic act—but a full entertainment experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was a shy 10-year-old kid when I saw David Copperfield vanish the Statue of Liberty on TV—and I was instantly hooked. Magic became my way of connecting with people and bringing smiles to their faces, especially my mom, who was always my biggest supporter. What started as a childhood passion grew into a lifelong calling. Over the years, I’ve performed at every kind of event you can imagine—from birthday parties and weddings to corporate galas, bar and bat mitzvahs, and everything in between. Today, I’m honored to perform regularly at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, and I love using magic to create unforgettable moments—no matter the audience or occasion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve had the privilege of performing for a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies and tech startups to medical groups, schools, private families, and entertainment industry events. I’ve entertained executives at black-tie galas, energized crowds at conferences and trade shows, and brought laughter to everything from corporate holiday parties and team-building retreats to weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and backyard celebrations. Whether it’s a formal VIP mixer or a casual family gathering, my focus is always the same: creating a personalized, high-impact experience that leaves every guest engaged, amazed, and talking about the event long after it ends.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite recent events was performing at a corporate gala for a tech company celebrating a product launch. They were looking for high-energy, clean entertainment that could break the ice and bring everyone together—and magic was the perfect fit. I worked closely with their event team to customize the show with branded moments and inside jokes tailored to their company culture. The process—from initial planning to performance—took about three weeks. The result? A packed room of guests laughing, applauding, and genuinely connecting through the experience. After the show, several attendees told me it was the highlight of the entire evening. That kind of reaction—whether it’s at a corporate event, a wedding, a birthday, or a private celebration—is exactly why I love what I do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don’t just hire a magician—hire the right magician for your event. Ask yourself: • Will this performer match the tone of our event—whether it’s a wedding, birthday, corporate function, or family celebration? • Do they have experience adapting to different crowds, timeframes, and environments? • Can they keep all types of guests—kids, families, executives—engaged and entertained? Also, check for verified reviews, clear communication, liability insurance, and video samples of real performances (not just flashy trailers). A great performer should make your job easier, not harder. When in doubt, choose someone who not only entertains—but understands audience engagement, event flow, and how to create unforgettable moments.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
To make the most of your time—and your event—it helps to consider a few key questions before reaching out: • What’s the goal of the entertainment? (Icebreaker, wow factor, guest reward, team bonding?) • What type of performance fits best? (Stage show, strolling magic, close-up, emcee, mentalism?) • What’s your estimated budget and timeline? • Who is your audience? (Families, executives, kids, clients, or a mix?) • What’s the event layout and tech setup? (Indoor or outdoor? Will a mic or stage be available? Should the performer roam?) Having these answers ready allows us to tailor the experience specifically to your event—ensuring a smooth, personalized, and unforgettable performance for your guests.
