The founder started his career in radio/TV broadcasting in the late 80's and eventually started out as mobile disc jockey. From 1996 on he had ventured into the wedding business where he introduced the start of a great business into the photo booth industry as an add on for the event services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with large to small companies throughout the US. We have worked with organizations such as the Armed Forces Entertainment, USO, United States Army, Navy Entertainment, America Got Talent, The Voice, and more. We have over thousands of wedding events that we have hosted and planned throughout the years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Experience counts. Preferably, you want to work with a company that does the job as their full time business. Do they communicate effectively. You want to work with companies that you can reach at anytime you have concerns. Do they have an office? Do they have an address? It is important when you do business with a vendor to know that they can be reached and they are professional. In other words, you can trust they will not run off with your money. We do this full time. So, it is important for us to be trustworthy, available to meet and communicate effectively at all times. We go the extra steps such as visiting a site prior to showing up to an event site, we encourage meetings prior to the event date. When it comes to our gear we always bring backup equipment to ensure a flowless event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Do not go into it with price on your mind. Sure you can find cheap. However, you will get what you are paying for in the long run. Things to consider is how fast they reach out as soon as you request a bid, are they full time, do they have a business location where you can visit their facility, do they have a business phone number, do they have references, do they have proof they do what they say they can do, do they have backup equipment, do they do site inspections. Most importantly, It is important to connect and speak to your potential DJ or vendor.
