What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The quoted price is the total cost and there are no additional fees or taxes. To officially book we require a signed contract and $100.00 deposit. We can take care of both these items online.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first priority is to answer all your questions and provide a complete view of our services and what you will receive. There is never any pressure to book.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My name is Tim, and as the owner/operator of Answer Back, I've been DJing weddings and other events for 18 years. And year by year I continually improve our services to best suit and answer the needs of our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been in the entertainment industry since 2000. I've worked for various companies and opened Answer Back in 2009 to focus more on individual clients and less on numbers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all type of customers and various events whether public, private, or corporate. Our primary clientele are couples planning their receptions. In a typical year we perform at about 50 weddings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are plenty of great DJ and Photo Booth companies out there; however, we set ourselves apart by being prompt and personable.
