Introduction

"Seriously, How did you do that!" - Google "Now that is really good!" - Trish McEvoy "Great guy, with Great Talent!" - Bryant Gumbel "You are amazing!" - McKinsey and Company From performing for over 3,000 people in a large venue or theatre to corporate events or small gatherings for friends, I genuinely feel magic can fit in almost every type of event. When working with me, I not only focus on entertaining your guests but also, work with you on making sure your event goes as smooth as possible. My work has been featured on local tv appearances in NYC, Off Broadway, and as well as been seen by celebrities and major Fortune 500 companies. If you are looking to elevate your event you have the right guy. When working with me, I keep it simple, but honest and will work with you to make sure your guests experience something amazing. I honestly, enjoy giving a great experience to everyone at the event. I tell all my customers, my goal is to leave your guests amazed while leaving them with wanting more.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
All my rates are tailored to your needs. I understand that every event carries it's own unique environment and budget. Therefore, when working with me I make sure I work hard to understand what your needs are and will work with you so that you get the best entertainment with what you have. :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Every customer and event is unique and therefore, I would choose to speak over the phone with customers. It'll help not only let me know if we are a great fit, but also better understand your event and how I can fit my services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have spent my entire life and till this day, still working on my craft. I have majored in both psychology and theatre in college and graduated with a degree in theatre arts. I did not only study magic, but also have training in sales and events. I have an understanding of what it takes to put on an event with my background in working for event companies. I take all this into consideration when looking to put on the best show experience for your event.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always wanted to work in entertainment and have pursued my goal from majoring in theatre and working as an actor to studying magic since the age of 5. I later went pro, and the rest is history. :-D

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Through out the year I perform for weddings and corporate events. I've also perform for private events from baby showers, surprise engagements, and anniversaries. Some of my clients have been a range of Fortune 500 companies such as Google, McKinsey and Company, Trish McEvoy to some celebrity clients. If your interested on who I've performed for visit my site.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I worked together with a client to help set up ideas and assist on creating a unique engagement proposal for his now fiance. We planned for a few weeks and came up with several ideas on how I can incorporate the idea of magic and illusion in "popping" the question. You can see the video on my Youtube channel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be clear on what kind of provider you are looking for. Every provider has their own specialty and in magic there are several. Some entertainers consider themselves only close up performers (performing for small groups), while others only do stage. Some entertainers do both. Have an idea of what you want and make sure most importantly, that you speak to your provider over the phone and know exactly what he can offer you. For me the most important thing is rapport. Make sure you feel comfortable with who you are interested in.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is your budget? (This helps us a lot and better understand how we can tailor what we can offer you.) How many guests are at your event (even if it's just an estimate)? Are you looking for a stage show, strolling/close up magician (performing for small groups at a time), or both? Does your performer specialize in just kids or adults, or can the performer entertain both age groups? (The magic for kids sometimes is very different then what a performer would perform for when entertaining an adult crowd.)
