Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The word "Professional" means something. Don't risk the enjoyment of your guests, your co-workers, or your employers. I have performed Magic full-time for over two decades. This is all I do and I love doing it. I care about the show I bring to you. Being an insured, full-time, working professional means you won't ever have to worry about the quality of my show or working with me. I'm by far not the cheapest performer you'll find- but do you REALLY want a bargain-basement act to represent your tastes? With me you're paying for Quality and Piece of Mind- and you'll get it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
"I believe in asking a lot of questions. I need to know exactly the size and type of show your venue requires so I can deliver the best experience possible to you and your guests. It's not just the show itself, but the booking process should be as painless as possible. And that's what I strive to do."

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I've been working full-time as a Magician for over two decades. I've not only performed in thousands of venues over the years, I have even run a Renaissance Faire staffed with over 400 people for ten years. I understand how hard it can be to put together even the smallest events, so I can bring my expertise to you and help make your workload lighter and guarantee a top-notch show.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've been doing Magic for over twenty years. I started because I saw a Magician on TV named Jeff McBride and I realized that's what I wanted to do with my life. Since then, I have learned under some of the best Magicians in the World and have even gone on to teaching others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My client list spans two decades and includes: -The Mark Twain House -Six Flags New England -United States Coast Guard -Eastern States Exposition -Mohegan Sun Casino -W.B. Mason -Bank of America -New York Historical Society -American Cancer Society -Boys & Girl Scouts of America -Webster Bank -Bayer Pharmaceuticals -Phi Theta Kappa National Honors Society -Las Vegas Wonderground Along with dozens of Colleges, Irish Festivals, Agricultural Festivals, Arts Festivals, and Town Faires around the United States

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, we performed a Virtual Show for the New York Historical Society. We combined interactive Magic we performed over Zoom with Grand Illusions we recorded specifically for that event for a 60-minute show. People watched from all over the World and it took a couple of weeks to put all the pieces together.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for an insured, full-time professional. Don't bargain hunt! When you look for cheap, you get exactly what you pay for. Most people go their whole lives only seeing one Magician in person- don't let that experience be a forgettable or worse, a negative experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Try to have a day, time, and location secured before contacting a performer. The more information you have on your event, the now a good performer can do to help make it a success.
