What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Thee 360 Photo Booth offers two services: a 360 Photo Booth which provides a digital video a Photo Booth which provides both digital and and print photos. Thee 360 Photo Booth starts at $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Additional hours will be discounted. Thee Photo Booth is $350 for the Unlimited Package which includes unlimited time between 9am and 9pm with unlimited digital photos. Additional options, including prints can be added on to enhance the experience. Please feel free to reach out for more information.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally a new customer will shop around and as such, have the ability to do so with Thee 360 Photo Booth. The owner, Joseph, will be available to answer any questions regarding pricing and availability. If selected, the customer will be directed to the website to complete the booking process. The customer will be given access to their private portal where they will be asked to complete a questionnaire. The information used be used to create the graphic overlay. The customer will be able to confirm the overlay design or request changes in the portal. They will be allowed one revision. For a smooth and transparent process, the portal can also be used to manage your booking.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Honestly.... I wanted a Photo Booth at one of my parties (I throw themed parties almost quarterly). I had contemplated purchasing one and starting a business for almost a year. But I was deterred by the pandemic. I wasn't sure if public events would ever be a thing again. So I waited and kinda forgot. Until I threw my color party. Instead of booking someone, I bought a booth, made a post on Facebook, got booked within 45 minutes, and have been booked ever since. Each event I do I get better and better. And I love working with each of them. So please... help me, help YOU, HELP ME!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have done a Ball for the LGBTQ+ community, a few birthday parties, a corporate happy hour, a sweet 16, a baby shower, and an anniversary. I am looking forward to doing a wedding, a graduation, a prom, a bat mitzvah, a Christmas party, and definitely a costume party!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of every one of my projects. I document all of them and you can see that journey on my socials. And the events take as long as they take! The customer is the boss. As far as the set up and take down, it gets faster and faster at each event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just do your research. Ask for samples. And book based on quality and customer service, not price. I don't know what the other providers in the DMV offer or what heir quality is like. I am not interested in trying to beat them. I just want to make my own way. With that being said, I HAVE seen some pretty substandard Photo Booth pictures and 360 videos on the internet. So I can only assume you get what you pay for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Decide on your budget or price range. Make sure that a contact is established that can be available if there are any pre event coordination questions. Establish parking on the day of the event for the professionals. The equipment is heavy so a close parking spot or loading dock and an elevator are essential. Lastly, where the booth will go in the event space.
