What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer some of the most competeitive prices in the industry as well as discount rental package offers that can be customized to fit your needs. Unlike other providers, we do not increase our pricing dependent on the event type.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send a brief introduction message giving general information about our sevicing and pricing. We will then contact you using your preferred method to discuss the details of your event further.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have extensive training on the use of our equipment. Through education and experience, we have learned the requirements that create a great photo or video. More importantly, our photo booth operaters have backgrounds in providing excellent customer service. Service and customer experience are the cornerstone of our buisness.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Steele Imaging LLC was originally created in with the focus of partnering with our friends and colleagues on the wedding industry. Since our inception we have grown to include corporate events, parities, and other event types.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide rental services for any and all events. This includes weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, and much much more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently provided services for a surprise 50th birhday party. We were contacted one week prior to the event and succesfully designed a package of services that our client was excited about. The venue was beatiful and the booth quickly became a highlight of the evening. Guests interacted with the booth during the entire 4 hour event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customer service is one of the most critical aspects of this business. Most providers can supply equipment that takes great photos. What seperates us is our focus on providing excellent customer service starting from start to finish. We look forward to interacting with guests and ensuring that everone who visits our booths leave with a smile as well as a great photo/video. Reliability and availability should not be overlooked when selecting a photo booth provider. Because we have multiple staff members and multiple photo booths, we are not affected by the limitiations that affect other photo booth rental companies. One of the worst things that happens in this industry is when a provider has to cancel your event because of an issue with their booth, or car trouble, scheduling issues, ..... We have the resources to ensure this does not happen to you!

Determine your photo booth budget or price range. Pre event coordination. Who will the provider interact with prior to the event and ont the day of the event? Location of the booth. Choose a high-traffic area of your venue where you plan to set up the booth.
