What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free! Here’s how it works:
You reach out to us with your event date and details.
We confirm availability and send you a short questionnaire to help us design a custom photo template for your event.
We’ll send you an invoice that outlines all pricing. To lock in your date, we ask for a 25% deposit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 10 years of experience in photography and customer service—a perfect combo for what we do! Not only do we know how to capture the perfect shot, but we also know how to create a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’ve worked countless events, big and small, and our background helps us make every guest feel comfortable and every moment look amazing!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both realized we had a lot to offer! With years of experience behind the lens, it felt natural to bring that passion into a more interactive and exciting space. Photo booths are such a fun addition to any event, and we loved the idea of being part of those joyful moments. That’s how this journey began—combining our skills with a whole lot of fun!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone! From birthdays and weddings to retirement parties, baby showers, house warming, and school events—we’ve done it all. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a big celebration, we’re here to add that extra spark of fun. If you can dream it, we can do it!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent event that truly touched our hearts was a community celebration at a women's empowerment center, held in honor of Mother’s Day. It was a beautiful gathering that recognized and celebrated the strength and resilience of women in the community. We were proud to be part of such a meaningful occasion, and the energy was incredible.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open and transparent about what you're looking for—share your budget, your theme, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. The more we understand your vision, the better we can serve you. Sometimes we’re the perfect fit, and other times another provider might align better with your needs—and that’s okay! Our hope is to be part of your special day, but more than anything, we want you to find the professional who’s the best match for you.
